Yes! All of our pasta is made to order and we can customize almost every part of the process. Contact us to discuss our wide range of options.

All of our products are free of preservatives and must be delivered within one day of ship date. For deliveries out of the one day service area, our products must be Next Day delivery to preserve freshness. All fresh products and retail pasta will ship frozen and vacuum sealed with freezer packs to ensure your order maintains a proper temperature during the shipping process.

• It all starts with five simple ingredients - fresh eggs, durum wheat semolina, flour, water and salt. Our Italian made and imported extruders mixes and forces(extrudes) the dough mixture through a bronze die for each shape.

Unlike dried, stale shelf-stable dry pasta - fresh pasta must be refrigerated and kept cool prior to cooking. All of our fresh products maintain their quality for up to three (3) weeks in the freezer, or seven (7) days under adequate refrigeration. Please note, fresh products are only guaranteed good seven (7) days from the make date.

We are currently cooking and delivering Tuesday - Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday/Monday will begin preparation the following business day.

Local orders are delivered in house, seven days a week. If you are planning a special event and want to order ahead, please make note of that at checkout and we'll contact you to confirm.
